Olmsted County Probate Records

Olmsted County probate records reveal information on probate-type cases heard in the district court. The court oversees probate cases involving wills, trusts, name changes, conservatorship, and guardianship.

Note that probate case records may include confidential information, which is generally redacted from public view.
